Welcome to Lady Bear's Repairs
Lady Bear's Repairs is a small sewing business based on the banks of the Gareloch run by the husband and wife team of Sue and Ashley Perks.
Sue started in the sewing business over thirty-five years ago and has experience with leather and suede, couture fashion, bridal ware and soft furnishing.
Ash's background is in the computing field and he has worked wonders with this web site, new invoice and ordering and generally keeping things going while Sue concentrates on customer service and product delivery.
Private and commercial customers are welcome and all orders big or small are given the same personalised service.
Local fittings can be arranged to fit in with your commitments and collection and delivery are part of the service within the area of Helensburgh, Dumbarton, Garelochhead & the Peninsula. Appointments out with this area can be arranged but may incur slight additional costs. Customers a long distance from this area are welcome for both our alteration and make up service using customers own measurements. The mail order service is available on the understanding that the responsability for pinning or measuring rests with the customer.

We also have a number of agents that act on our behalf accepting items for alteration and repair that we then collect and deliver back to the shop once the alteration or repair is complete.
